Shan took me out for a romantic evening in South Bay the night of my 21st birthday - after we watched the final debate (of course). We went to a lovely Italian restaurant and had a fancy (and filling) dinner. After dinner Shan gave me a beautiful necklace which I love. What a sweet guy!

Friday, some friends and I had planned to go out to a club in San Francisco. The plans fell through because of some transportation and cash flow issues. The stock market is not the only economic crisis this week - my friends bank accounts are dropping fast and they constantly tell me how broke they are. So... a smaller group of us went to dinner in town instead of a club in the city. It was fun, but not what I had originally planned.

I got the job with Payless Shoes! I will begin work either tomorrow or Thursday. This week is going to be a busy one - starting work is exciting, but I have two major exams this week also.

On Wednesday I have Biology midterm number one - I just opened the book today, but it's not much different than high school Bio, hopefully the terms come back to me. Friday I will experience my first test in "Law of Mass Communications." This is my most difficult class and I am pretty stressed out about our first exam. I need to do some serious studying before Friday!!!
