LoveFest 2008

LoveFest is the funnest festival I have ever been to! It began with a parade. All of the floats were decorated and each had a DJ playing different house music on each float and a group of people dancing. Most of the floats were pulled by semis but some were old vans, buses, or other large vehicles that had been transformed for the parade. Everyone at the festival had interesting outfits on... there were also some who had forgotten to pick out and clothes for the day so they just came naked.

The parade went to the Civic Center and all of the floats parked on the street, in a big circle around the park area. Shan, Emily, Joe, Stephanie, Mick, and Sneha came to the festival. We were going to meet some other people later on but there was such a crowd we knew we could never find them. We all had a great time dancing, and dancing, and dancing, and dancing some more. It was an exhausting day but definitely fun!
